Great location, easy to find. Close to the university and with parking. Kettle with tea/coffee/milk/sugar provided. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good access to University of Leeds and city center. Reasonable room price. Bus stop right outside the entrance. Closest option for University of Leeds

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff made me feel very welcome and were always ready to help with any queries I had. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for me as it was close to the city centre and the First Direct area, where I was attending an event. It was also conveniently located near the 02 Academy. The hotel's facilities were also top-notch.

Great location, just within walking distance of the city centre. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet dead-end street close to universities. The room was clean and had a comfy bed. Plus, breakfast was included in the price.
No negative aspect to mention, this hotel was a pleasant surprise.
